Buyers begin their search online.

Due to the Internet and Social Media sites like Facebook and Pinterest, it is imperative that Realtors impress upon their Sellers the importance of staging their home prior to market. Beautiful homes, lovely interior details and quality furnishings are necessary in order to entice a Buyer to preview a home in person. Staging has become common practice and Buyers will either rule out a home or choose to preview that home in person should the photographs they see online capture their interest. If they do not like what they see, they may not take the time to visit the home in person, thus losing a potential Buyer and sale.

One of the most important part of a Realtors job is guiding their clients for success. It’s all in the preparation. Once a home hits the market, the waiting begins.
