How Do You Re Enter after a Business Trip or Vacation?

SLEEP, SIP, SPIN
For me, I stay up until it’s bedtime.

First Off… A green juice. I like Ginger, Kale, Lemon and Apple, or some variation. I also order a Tumeric, Lemon and or Ginger Shot, it’s easy to find in New York and LA, not so much in Italy or at least in Cernobbio.

Next Up… I sweat it out. SoulCycle and Peloton depending where I land. When in New York visiting my daughter, I go to SoulCycle and like this morning, I spun at home on our PELOTON.

And it seems as if my body is now working on an international clock, if that is such a thing. I basically go to bed at 12 or 12:30 AM – when I travel ( if i am home i am in bed by 10. ) and wake up between 4 and 5 AM, no matter what time zone I am in.

So there you have it… SLEEP SIP SPIN — Happy Traveling!
