John Savage and Me! A great guy!
We chatted real estate. I have had the opportunity to cross paths with him twice now.
I still recall watching Deer Hunter when I was in Junior High with my friend MaryAnn.

One of my favorite aspects of selling real estate and working with clients is teaching other agents to find success. One way Adam and I enjoy giving back is through our real estate books and trainings, or hosting events with other real estate partners. Find your success by purchasing a copy of The Art of Real Estate and or Real Estate Rules! 52 ways to achieve success in real estate. On Amazon.com

Energy filled the room at 1515 Main in Walnut Creek – 5 panelists were asked questions by our host, Casey Sullivan of Summit Funding. Realtors, guests and friends had a few questions of their own. It was a festive evening of sharing, mixing and mingling. If I could only share one of my 52 rules from my recent book, REAL ESTATE RULES! 52 ways to achieve success in real estate that pertains to all lines of business – Plant, Water and Grow Your Business  Thank you to my summer intern, Alex Darwish, Mentee, Nicole Petersen, our host Casey Sullivan, our energetic attendees, venue 1515 Main in Walnut Creek and my fabulous colleagues, Renee White, Greg McDaniel, Julie Dudum and my husband and partner, Adam Betta. Networking and collaboration is the key to everyone’s success. Share and Give Back always! All the best will come back to you in buckets!  Send me an email if you would like to attend our next event. debbidimaggio@gmail.com 510.414.6777

The Salvation Army serves a great number of children, families and individuals in need. The goal of the Oakland Chapter is to give a Hand Up, Not a Hand Down and to Make Poverty Uncomfortable.

Take a moment to learn more about the many programs provided by the Salvation Army; I think you may be surprised, I know I was. I actually had no idea the variety of services provided by the Salvation Army. Thank you to long time friend, Peggy Huntington and board member Mary Theroux for inviting me to a charity luncheon this Christmas season at the Claremont Country Club – Pageant of the Trees – a lovely luncheon, fundraiser and presentation. Of course, hearing the story told by a dad who was served by the Salvation Army was incredibly touching and as always, made me want to help. [Read More..]

Every year on Ed’s Birthday over 1900 agents from 36 offices celebrate his day by volunteering in the communities they serve.  What a wonderful way to give back.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY ED !!

Ed Krafchow is the Chairman of the Board of BH & G Mason-McDuffie Real Estate.  The company has seen remarkable growth since 1991 when Ed took over leadership.  In 1991, the company’s 21 offices housed 565 agents and closed less than $1 billion in sales annually.  Since then, the company has grown to over $3 billion in annual sales, with more than 1900 agents and 36 offices.  Krafchow has been closely involved in the development of the company’s proprietary WebTop Intranet, a technology platform that has generated  leads and created efficient business processes for his sales associates.  Krafchow has been named one of the real estate industry’s MOST INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE by INMAN NEWS.  He is a frequent national speaker on several industry-related topics, and has been identified by the California Association of Realtors as one of California’s top brokers and recognized as a technological  leader by the Employee Relocation Council.  He has consulted on a national as well as local level with Multiple Listing Services (MLS) as well as strategic real estate planning groups.  Ed Krafchow earned his BA and MA from UCLA.

HIGHLAND PARTNERS spent the day cleaning up the MONTCLAIR PARK.  Planting flowers, pulling weeds and picking up garbage were just a few things on their list.  Thank you to all of the HIGHLAND PARTNERS agents who joined in to beautify the park and to MR. SPARKLE for washing the MONTCLAIR REC CENTER windows, inside and out!  THANK YOU TO ALL !! XOXO!
