The Transformation of 227 Magnolia Avenue in just 2.5 weeks.
Before
After | A little paint and landscaping goes a long way to beautify a lovely home.
The new house color and trim compliments the brown roof while blending in with the landscape and environment surrounding the home.
Stage One: Empty Home including window coverings, carpeting and most lighting.
Stage Two: Refinish Hardwood Floors – Add where necessary.
In this case we installed new hardwood floors in the family room, master bedroom, master bedroom closet, master bathroom, hall bath and powder room. We also refinished the floors in the kitchen and hallway to match the rest of the home.
Time: 10 Days
Removed Carpet | Installed New Hardwood Floors and Refinished to Match Entire Home ( Above )
Stage Three: Paint Existing Cabinets, Refinish Hardwood Floors to Match, Installed New Appliances, Sink and Changed out Countertops and Back Splash to create a timeless look in this 1920’s home.
Stage Four: Landscape Front and Back – Removed Trees, Shrubs and Plants that were taking over the back garden. ( Above )
The Open Kitchen Family Room leads out to the Garden through French Doors.
This is one of the most desired feature requested by home buyers today.
Other Updates: Replace Bathroom Countertops, Paint Cabinets, Miracle Method over Pink Tile, Install New Hardwood Floors.
Simple but makes a big IMPACT.
Landscape Garden | Removed a very large tree that was blocking the sun and the entire garden. Removed shrubs and replanted.
Black Mulch is our favorite ground covering. We like the contrast of the green plants against the black mulch.
From a very dark and drab garden to a bright and open patio and a place to entertain family and friends.
