Lights Camera Action – 312 Sheridan has officially been launched. Oakland Magazine attended the Sneak Peek Preview Reception to witness the sorts of things Realtors do when bringing a luxury home to market. Not many go over the top like this, but 312 Sheridan demanded a grand debut. Neighbors, joggers and walkers passing by witnessed the on-going makeover that had been transpiring over the past year. Everyone’s curiosity was peaked. Many of the guests enjoyed sharing their stories. Some were casual walkers from the neighborhood, others serious joggers passing through from the surrounding neighborhoods, and those like myself, who drive by the home multiple times a day. 312 Sheridan was and is a well traveled route and daily routine shared by many. Every time I have the good fortune to work on a new listing I am excited for the opportunity. For some reason I never get tired or bored with the process. Today while having lunch in San Francisco at the St. Francis Yacht Club someone asked if I had separate blogs. (A real estate blog and a personal blog.) I explained how my entire life overlaps. For one, Real Estate does not feel like a job to me, it never has. It is just another aspect of my day. It is just a part of me. I love to educate, share and inspire. Whether I am reminding my audience to book their annual doctor appointments through a story, find a work out routine that makes them happy, share a new restaurant, a personal story, happy or sad, detail something I learned and hope that my story might help another, promote an event you may want to attend or a charity you might want to join, a great app or some fabulous find, a vacation destination, a family story, or simply to share a beautiful and interesting home or opportunity.

when i was a young girl i began creating collage boards. i am sure you did too. i loved cutting out my favorite things from the pages of fashion magazines. my friends and i would create our collages together or give our creation to one another as a birthday gift. we would string together descriptive words like – You’re A Fox, Foxy, Best Friends. Best Friends Forever, Go SCOTS! Go Piedmont! Sexy, Cute and the like. it was so much fun 🙂 i continued collaging into my teenage years and even into my young adult life creating boards of inspiration depicting my goals and dreams. collages are now more commonly referred to as “vision boards”. vision boards are a great way to let your imagination run wild, to become inspired as well as to visualize and chart your goals. and, today we have Pinterest, it’s my latest addiction. i try to carve out a few moments from time to time where i can imagine, surf and pin to my hearts content. oftentimes when i am getting dressed i refer to my own Pinterest boards for a bit of fashion inspiration, like this one… it’s just so much fun!
